I am a Jeet Kune Do instructor with over 30 years teaching experience. I have trained with and been certified by 3 of Bruce Lee's original students. This group will train in original JKD and wing chun. Emphasis is on realistic self defense based upon biomechanics and physiology. I was also a personal trainer for Bally's fitness so physical fitness will also be an emphasis. Get in shape, learn to survive and win an altercation.
