Well, it seems that quite a few people are interested in some JKD training- some want to learn, some want to enhance what they know, and some just want to fight- so I figured I'd go ahead and jump on and get this ball rolling. I'm a Kali instructor with a pretty good working knowledge of JKD (or Jun Fan, or whatever you have to call it now). I'm sure there will be others in this group who could serve me my ass in a JKD match (but you'd know I was there, dammit!), but I have enough knowledge of the philosophy, drills and experience to help out those looking for free advice.
I'm also new to the city, just out of the military in 2006, so I'm hoping to find some folks out there who share my interests. I don't know what time to set these things for, so I'm hoping some group feedback will help everyone decide when and where the best meeting spot is.
